Zmajevi sa Dunava Zanimljivih priča ovde ne manjka ni kad su dru- ge stvari u pitanju, pa tako zahvaljujući des- potu Stefanu Lazarevi- ću, koji je najviše pove- zan sa tvrđavom, kao i činjenici da je bio jedan od najznačajnih pred- stavnika vitezova Reda zmaja, kažu da su ovde zmajevi od pamtiveka nadletali Dunav. Legen- da kaže da se čak i ša- rani noću pretvaraju u zmajeve, pa ne čudi što su producenti Igre pre - stola dolazili u Golubac. Nisu snimali jer je tvrđa- va bila pod rekonstrukci- jom, ali možemo to lako da zamislimo.
DRAGONS FROM THE DANUBE There’s also no lack of interesting stories here when it comes to other things, thus it is thanks to Despot Stefan Laza- rević, the prince most closely associated with this fortress, and the fact that he was one of the most important rep- resentatives of the knights of the Order of the Dragon, that it is said that dragons have flown over the Danube here since time immemorial. Legend says that even the carp here are said to turn into dragons at night, which is why it comes as no surprise that the producers of the series Game of Thrones visited Golubac. They didn’t shoot anything at the site, because the fortress was under reconstruction at the time, but that’s something we can easily imagine.
