L ong before Instagram revealed all those adorably photogenic locations, the most famous authors gathered at these cafés to share ideas, meet like-minded creative people and, of course, create literary mas- terpieces. Although some of these greats have long since departed this world, their indestructible spirit and literary charm can still be felt in all these places, and we warmly recommend that you visit them the next time you travel.
