Private Clinic North

DRUG SCREENING Urine Drug Screens (UDS): Drug Screens are performed at the time of intake and weekly during the Induction phase of treatment. Monthly UDS’s are obtained, as well as random UDS’s as required. MEDICAL SERVICES The mission of the medical staff at Private Clinic is to provide our patients with the services and information necessary to assist in their recovery.

COUNSELING Individual Counseling: Individual Counseling or one-on-one counseling is required of all patients attending opiate treatment programs. Patients will be assigned a counselor who will hold regular sessions with the patient depending on the patient’s individual needs. Treatment Plan: Treatment Planning is an important tool in the recovery process. The treatment plan is developed during the individual counseling session by the counselor and the patient with the patient’s specific problems or goals in mind. Family Counseling: Family counseling is encouraged for all our patients because the family is the best support system for the patient during their recovery process. The counselor can assist the patient and family in re-establishing broken relationships and educating family members about the addiction process. Case Management: Case Management is provided to all patients receiving treatment. Patient’s often need referrals to other community agencies to assist with financial, housing, medical, or mental services. Patients will be assessed on an ongoing basis by establishing the needs for outside referrals. Groups: Groups have been found to be one of the most powerful motivators for change among addicted individuals. We will provide scheduled group sessions for all patients who are admitted to the program as part of the treatment process. In the group process, patients can benefit from relating with peers while learning about themselves, others, and the addiction process.
