W e are proud to recognize 17 departments for their excellence in: HCAHPS: Consistently scoring high or above the NYS average. Infection Control: Diligence in decreasing infection rates and improving patient safety. Nursing Indicators: Maintaining consistency and preventing fallouts in areas like falls and pressure ulcers. Additionally, we celebrated seven individuals from Quality Management for their crucial work on monitoring chart compliance.
