New Golf Cart Policies

With the arrival of our new Golf Cart Fleet, our Cart Policies have changed a bit. Here are a few things that we want everyone to know about our new carts: 1. Starting May 1st the new charges will be: $20 per cart for 18-holes; $10 per cart for 9-holes; an additional $10 for solo riders. 2. Keys will be handed out through the pro shop when your group checks in. Only 2 keys per foursome will be distributed. 3. The GPS on the carts will give you the approximate yardage to each of the hazards and pin locations thanks to the hard work of Tom Lipscomb and Patrick Reynier. • The Oaks bunker renovation has not been updated with the current mapping system, yardages may vary. The GPS system is touch-screen. • If you need any additional yardage you can simply touch the area you’d like distance to and it will be provided. 4. We will be implementing a geo-fence around areas that are restricted, in order to maintain the beauty of our course. • We are in the process of mapping the course to restrict access to areas that may have been used in the past. • If you find yourself in one of these designated areas, put the cart in reverse to return. • In order to receive a special needs flag, you must provide proof to the back office. 5. The green seated carts are currently slower than the grey seats. A technician will be out shortly to address the issue. 6. Private Cart Owners are not exempt from any Golf Cart restrictions on the course. Sanctions for Rules Violation(s) are as follows:

1. 2.

Verbal Warning Letter in the file

3. 4.

Fine

Loss of private cart privilege
