“Before I started PT, my back pain was at a 10. I had lower back pain, down to my legs while sitting, standing, and going up and down the stairs. I had so much pain that I could not walk well. Through PT, I have gained strength in my core, as well as becoming more flexible. I apparently have the tightest hip flexor in the office but I am slowly getting better (I think lol). Today, on my last day, my lower back pain is at a 3. I barely get pain and I feel so much better with my newfound knowledge of stretches and exercises. INGREDIENTS • 1 cup raw almonds • 3/4 cup raw cashews

• 2 tbsp unsweetened dried cranberries, chopped • 2 tbsp vegan dark chocolate chips • sea salt for taste

• 2/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds • 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds

DIRECTIONS Chop any large ingredients if necessary to make everything about the same size. Give the dried fruit a light sprinkle of sea salt before you mix it in (it sticks better), or sprinkle the whole mix with salt if you prefer. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy! Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
