Another prestigious acknowledgement
An extensive survey, involving 10,887 res- pondents, has resulted in the national airline being ranked among the three favourite employers in Serbia, alongside companies NIS and Coca-Cola HBC Srbija. Apart from these three top companies, the top 20 favo- urites also included A1, Bosch, dm, IKEA, Telekom Srbija, Nestle, Lidl, Yettel and others. Air Serbia was presented with a special plaque at the award ceremony, which was received on behalf of the company by Air Serbia Gene- ral Manager, People & Performance, Milica Netković. "We are extremely proud of winning, for the second time, the award for one of the three best employers in Serbia, in competition among as many as 100 com- panies. Considering the current major crisis affecting the aviation industry due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are glad that we have managed to maintain a deep commitment to creating a dynamic and stimulating working environment, providing equal opportunities, adequate earnings and the possibility of career advan- cement and development. We are happy that the par- ticipants in the survey recognised this, which only con- firms that we are on the right track when it comes to our attitude towards employees and towards candidates,” said Netković. du da avio-industrija prolazi kroz najveću krizu izazvanu pandemijom korona virusa, drago nam je što smo uspeli da održimo duboku posvećenost kreiranju stimulativnog radnog okruženja koje svima pruža jednake šanse, ade- kvatnu zaradu i mogućnost za napredak i usavršavanje. Zadovoljstvo nam je što su i učesnici ispitivanja to prepo- znali, što samo potvrđuje da smo na pravom putu kada je reč o odnosu prema zaposlenima, ali i kandidatima – izja- vila je Milica Netković, direktorka ljudskih resursa Er Srbije . Er Srbija posebnu pažnju posvećuje identifikaciji i ra- zvoju talenata u organizaciji, kao i kreiranju brojnih razvoj- nih programa kojima se podstiču lični i profesionalni ra- zvoj zaposlenih. Nacionalna avio-kompanija aktivno se bavi i privlačenjem mladih talenata kroz redovno uče- stvovanje u programu Moja prva plata , kao i pružanjem mogućnosti dualnog obrazovanja, kako bi im pomogla u profesionalnom usavršavanju i izgradnji karijere. Proš- le godine potpisan je memorandum o saradnji na razvo- ju dualnog modela studija u visokom obrazovanju izme- đu Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja, Vazduhoplovne akademije i Er Srbije , koji će budućim stručnjacima kroz mentorske programe pružiti priliku da unapređuju svoje znanje i profesionalne kompetencije u oblasti vazduhoplovstva. Osim toga, Er Srbija je u aprilu ove godine potpisala sporazum o saradnji sa Saobraćaj- nim fakultetom Univerziteta u Beogradu, koji će mladim talentima omogućiti da steknu prva praktična iskustva, ali i pomoći u pisanju istraživačkih, diplomskih, master i dok- torskih radova.

U okviru obimnog istraživanja, u kojem je uče- stvovalo 10.887 ispitanika, nacionalni avio-prevoznik našao se među top tri poslodavca u Srbiji, zajedno sa kompanijama NIS i Coca-Cola HBC Srbija . Pored te tri kompanije, među 20 najpoželjnijih poslodavaca našli su se još A1, Bosch , DM, IKEA, Telekom Srbija , Nestle , Lidl , Yettel i drugi. Last year saw the si- gning of the Memorandum of Cooperation on the De- velopment of the Dual Model of Studies in Higher Edu- cation between the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, the Aviation Academy and Air Serbia. Through mentorship programmes, futu- re experts will be provided with an opportunity to deve- lop their knowledge and professional competencies in the field of aviation. In addition, in April this year, Air Ser- bia signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, University of Belgra- de, which will enable young talents to gain their first pra- ctical experiences, and help them write research, gra- duate, master’s and doctoral theses.
