Radnja nastavka kultnog filma iz 1986. prati glavnog junaka, danas kapetana i instruktora letenja Pita Maverika Mi- čela i direktno se nadovezuje na origi- nal, premda se Keli Makgilis neće vra- titi u ulozi Čarli. Od originalne postave tu je i Val Kilmer u ulozi admirala Lede- nog, dok će jedan od glavnih likova biti i Bredli Bredšo, sin Maverikovog pokoj- nog prijatelja Gusa, koji je poginuo lete- ći sa njim. Glumačku ekipu upotpunju- ju Majls Teler, Dženifer Koneli i Ed Haris. TOP GUN: MAVERICK The long-awaited sequel to the 1986 cult film follows lead character Pete “Maverick” Mitchell – now a captain and flight instructor – with a plotline linked directly to the original, though Kel- ly McGillis does not reprise her role as Charlie. Among the cast members of the original film, Val Kilmer also returns in the role of “Iceman”, now an admiral, while another of the main characters will be Bradley Bradshaw, the son of Mav- erick's friend Goose, who died tragical- ly while flying with him in the original Top Gun. Completing the cast are Miles Tell- er, Jennifer Connelly and Ed Harris.
