Kako nastavljamo da unapređujemo tehnologiju, pracenje spavanja postalo je prak- sa koja se može praktikovati kod kuce. Uređaji su pomerili san u sferu svesnijeg procesa, jer buđenje i odlazak na spavanje u isto vreme dovode do poboljšane budnosti i oštrijeg fokusa. Za potpu- no holistički ritual spavanja koristite ulja za aromaterapiju i izbegavaj- te elektroniku najmanje jedan sat pre spavanja. / The ritual of going to sleep and waking up is something that we engage in every single day, but the way we do so is certain to change during 2022. As we’ve continued to ad- vance technologically, tracking sleep has become a practise that can be reviewed at home. Sleep tracking devices have shifted sleep to a more normal and mindful process. Waking up and going to sleep at regular times promotes improved alertness and a sharper focus.
