Er Srbija je od 31. oktobra ponovo uspo- stavila direktnu liniju između Beograda i Mal- te. Letovi sa Aerodroma Nikola Tesla Beograd obavljaju se dva puta nedeljno, ponedeljkom i petkom, avionom erbas A319. – Pomno analizirajući tržišne prilike i osluš- kujući potrebe putnika, odlučili smo da posle pauze od tri godine obnovimo direktne letove do Malte. Naša kompanija ima dugu istoriju lete- nja ka Malti, budući da su do ove destinacije Er Srbija i njeni prethodnici, JAT i JAT ervejz , saobra- ćali još od kasnih šezdesetih godina prošlog ve- ka. Srećni smo što ćemo našim putnicima po- nuditi još jednu atraktivnu destinaciju za odmor i tokom zime i što povratak Malte u našu rastu- ću mrežu linija potvrđuje našu posvećenost kre- iranju više mogućnosti za putovanja – izjavio je Bojan Aranđelović, viši menadžer za planiranje i optimizaciju reda letenja Er Srbije . Podsećanja radi, letovi za Maltu obustavlje- ni su u septembru 2019. godine, dok narednih godina nisu obnovljeni zbog pandemije. Uspo- stavljanjem direktne linije do ove mediteran- ske zemlje, Er Srbija će omogućiti dobre konek- cije preko Beograda ka mnogim destinacijama u svojoj mreži, kao što su Amsterdam, Berlin, Pariz, Kopenhagen, Rim, Ljubljana, Stokholm, Oslo, Prag, Štutgart, Cirih, Hanover, Lion, Nirn- berg i drugi gradovi.
As of 31 st October, Air Serbia has resu- med direct flights between Belgrade and Mal- ta. These flights from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Ai- rport operate twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays, using Airbus A319 aircraft. “After carefully analysing market conditi- ons and listening to the needs of our passen- gers, we decided to resume direct flights to Mal- ta after a three-year break. As an airline, we have a long history of flying to Malta – as Air Serbia, as well as its predecessors, JAT and Jat Airways, have been flying to this destination since the late ‘60s. We are happy to offer to our passengers anot- her attractive holiday destination, especially du- ring the winter season, and having Malta back in our continuously growing network confirms our commitment to creating more opportunities for travel,” said Bojan Aranđelović, Air Serbia Head of Network Planning and Scheduling. Air Serbia’s Flights to Malta were initially sus- pended in September 2019, while the outbre- ak of the pandemic prevented them from being renewed during the subsequent two years. By re-establishing direct flights to this Mediterrane- an country, Air Serbia has enabled good conne- ctions, via Belgrade, with many destinations in the airline’s network, such as Amsterdam, Ber- lin, Paris, Copenhagen, Rome, Ljubljana, Stock- holm, Oslo, Prague, Stuttgart, Zurich, Hannover, Nuremberg, Lyon and many other popular cities.
