45-Story Liberty Harbor North Building is LEED cert. Park View Academy signs Lease For 4,600 s/f of space

ERSEY CITY, NJ — Park View Academy, an innovative new daycare facility, has signed a lease to open its first location at Vantage, the luxury high-rise rental building in downtown Jersey City, Liberty Harbor North neighborhood. Slated to open in Early 2019, the new early childhood school will serve both residents of Vantage and the community- at-large, according to Fisher Development Associates , which is developing the 448- home waterfront building overlooking the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty and Liberty Harbor Marina. Park View Academy’s mis- sion is to create a safe, educa- tional, and friendly environ- ment for the children under their care. They believe ev- ery child is unique and their growth depends on patience, understanding encourage- ment, and lots of love! The center is the first collaboration between two local veterans of Hudson County child care, partners Yeon Benkowitz, owner of Lucie Goosey Toddler En- richment in Jersey City, and Diane Branco, owner of World of Wonder daycare center (WOW) and Wowkids, LLC in Hoboken, NJ. “It’s no secret Jersey City’s demographic is shifting to include more and more young families and there’s a growing need for high quality child care services,” Benkowitz said. “We’re establishing Park View Academy to help fill this de- mand.
