Record- breaking rain and 29-inches of snow necessitated creative solutions to overcome the weather delays and keep this project on schedule. Streamlin- ing the steel and wall erection, coordinating the utility instal- lation, and managing multiple subtrades were keys to the ultimate success of the project. The finished facility, honored by Associated Builders and Contractors with a National Pyramid Award for Excellence in Construction, is a distinctive building, with custom stone features that set it apart from other large scale warehouses.
