people hurt, afraid, hopeless, and in need is extremely difficult. The incredible part of personal injury is that we see the same people recover in many cases and get their lives back. MEET DIRECTOR OF PERSONAL INJURY KELLY BOZEMAN I met Matt at a marketing event, and although he was newly licensed at the time, I could tell right away he was going to do big things. When I heard Matt was looking for help, we took the opportunity to sit down and talk about his vision. I knew I had the ability to provide insight on growth in client retention and revenue, and Matt had the drive to make it to the top. The firm’s growth has been exponential! making my title Director of Success! From the beginning, the whole team has been all hands on deck. We all jump in as needed by answering the phone, holding client consults, managing files, and marketing. Now that we have employed more staff, my main focuses are commercial cases, litigation, negotiations, and marketing. I began my paralegal career in 2008. While my primary career has been centered on personal injury, I have experience in all areas of law. It was not until 2014 that I realized I had a gift in building and maintaining relationships. I just love people and thoroughly enjoy community involvement. I started focusing more on personal injury law because I wanted to make a difference. Seeing Since joining the firm, I’ve taken on the role of Director of Personal Injury, but we joke about
My career is so much more than work for me; it's a passion. My clients may only meet me in person a couple times throughout their case, but they are each an everyday part of my life. I think of them, I fight for them, and I pray for them. I have made lifelong friends with many of my past clients, and for that, I am so grateful. When I’m not at the office, I’m hugely passionate about raising money for children with cancer. My family started a nonprofit called Beat Kids Cancer after my 2-year-old niece, Ryleigh, was diagnosed with high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Watching a child suffer through treatment and learning about the lack of funding for research for kids cancer was devastating. I am thrilled to say that Ryleigh is in full remission, and she’s now in the third grade! After Ryleigh was diagnosed, we noticed there was no real support for families in their situation. We knew we had to step up. Beat Kids Cancer is completely donation-based and provides grants to families with children in treatment. These grants can be for just about anything — a mortgage payment, groceries, child care, clothing, electric bills, etc. We don't take for granted that Ryleigh made it through, so we are paying it forward. You can learn more about our nonprofit at BeatKidsCancerTexas.com. At home, my husband, Richard, and I are raising four fantastic kiddos. We love to travel as a family and experience new adventures. We enjoy camping and spending time with our extended family, which is pretty big! We celebrate life in a huge way every chance we get. As I consider my career, my biggest goal is to help as many people as possible. I look forward to when The Texas Law Dog is a household name. Our mission is to provide excellent client service and communication above all else. We want to be the law firm you tell your family, friends, and neighbors to call when they are in need.
