URLINGTON, NJ — GMB North America , a subsidiary of global auto parts manufacturer GMB, will relocate its headquarters and North America distribu - tion operation from Middlesex County to Crow Holdings at 6A. The 156,000 s/f lease sign - ing comes as Crow Holdings Development puts the finishing touches on the new, 294,000 s/f, class A industrial building at 1804 River Rd. in Burlington. Newmark’s Kyle Eaton and Rob Loderstedt repre - sented GMB North America in the transaction. In operation since 1943, Japan-based GMB is one of the largest global OE and aftermarket automotive components manufacturers. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jules Nissim and Kimberly B CBRE represents ownership in new 7,000 s/f lease in Iselin, NJ 33 Wood Ave. South ISELIN, NJ — CBRE an- nounced it has arranged a new 7,000 s/f long-term office lease for Sevety2 Capital Wealth Management, a financial ad - visory practice, at 33 Wood Ave. South in the heart of the MetroPark Corporate Center in Iselin. Jonathan Meisel, Joseph Sarno, and Joseph A. Sarno lead leasing and marketing of the property and represented the owner, MetroPark Asso - ciates LLC in the negotiations. “MetroPark Associates’ rep - utation for stable and quality ownership and the property’s convenient access to the Me - troPark NJ Transit Station, Garden State Parkway, New - ark Airport and the NJ Turn - pike make this property a premier office building,” said Meisel. “An on-site café, fit - ness center, more than 500 surface and covered parking spaces, and EV charging sta - tions top the amenities list at 33 Wood Lane South.” Sevety2 Capital Wealth Man - agement will occupy part of the seventh floor at the 135,000 s/f class A office property.
