• 1/2 cup vegan mayo • 1 tbsp curry powder • 3/4 tsp garlic powder • 2 cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained • 1 cup diced carrots
• 1 cup sliced green onions • 1/2 cup raisins or chopped dates
• 1/2 cup cashews • Juice of 1 lemon • Salt and pepper
