Head north to PITTSBURGH . Morgantown enjoys close proximity to this urban city rich in history and grit. Explore Dolly Sods Wilderness, Canaan Valley Resort State Park, and Blackwater Falls State Park. Shop along main street in each community. Take in a show at the Purple Fiddle. Enjoy a pint of locally brewed beer at Stumptown Ales. Head southwest to FAYETTEVILLE , your gateway to visiting the country’s newest national park: the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve. Stay at Adventures on the Gorge resort. Shop The Station Market, and grab a bite at Pies and Pints.

Head even further south to historic LEWISBURG for the weekend. Spend the night at the General Lewis Inn or The Greenbrier. Visit Lost World Caverns.
