Shangri-La Group reserves the right to monitor, intercept and review, without further notice, employee activities using our IT resources and communications systems, including but not limited to social media postings and activities, to ensure that these Guidelines are being complied with and for legitimate business purposes and you consent to such monitoring by your use of such resources and systems. PROCEDURES FOR VIOLATIONS 4.1 Employees, supervisors, and managers who become aware of any violation or suspectedviolation of this Policy must contact your Human Resources Representatives immediately. 4.2 All employees of Shangri-La Group are required to comply with these Guidelines. An employee may be required to remove any social media content considered to be in violation of these Guidelines, and individuals in breach of any of the Guidelines may facedisciplinary action, including termination of employment.
