Roommates will be charged an equal amount for a room clean and flat mates will be charged an equal amount for an apartment clean unless other options are mutually agreed upon between all occupants. Pest Control With so many people, with different standards of personal hygiene living in close proximity, pest control becomes a top priority. We have regular pest control services and can call the operator at any time if pests are sighted.

It is your responsibility to report all sightings of pests to the Colleague Services team.

You are not permitted to refuse a pest control treatment.

Room Inspections Regular, random inspections will be carried out to ensure all accommodation policies are being adhered to. Inspections will be carried out by a member of the Colleague Services team or management. If you are not at home during an inspection at least two colleagues will be present during the inspection.

Entry to Rooms In an emergency, immediate entry to your room may be given to any relevant person in the interest of fire, life and safety. Please do not leave your key on the inside of the lock if you are home as this means we cannot gain entry in an emergency.

To Protect the Environment •

Switch off lights and A/C when a room is not occupied. • Turn off the water. • Always use the garbage pins provided for your rubbish. • Keep the doors to air-conditioned rooms closed.

General •

Firearm and drugs are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed.

• Colleagues’ accommodation is an alcohol-free area and smoking is not permitted in all rooms. • Cooking is only permitted in areas where appliances are provided. • The viewing of pornographic or culturally offensive material is prohibited. • Smoking is only permitted in your room/apartment with approval from the other occupants. • All furniture and fixtures in your apartment & bedroom are your responsibility and the cost of repairing any damage or replacing any shortage will be charged to you. • Stickers or posters should not be placed on any doors, windows, or walls. • You may not enter an apartment or room of another colleague unless you have permission from that colleague and the colleague is present.
