Fire in Colleague Accommodation Fire Prevention

 You must read the fire regulations and evacuation procedures that are displayed in your building.  Corridors, staircases, and emergency exits must, always, be kept clear of any obstacles that can hinder the escape of any person during an emergency situation.  Always ensure that you have always turned off the cooker and iron after use.  As a preventive measure, the smoking of shisha, lighting of candles, incense sticks and open flames are strictly prohibited in company accommodation.  Only extension leads and plug adaptors meeting British standards may be used.  Report any Fire, Life and safety issues to Security or Colleague Services.
