Employees loitering on or returning to the Hotel premises after duty or during leave without prior approval (excluding for meal purposes). Employees bringing outsiders into the Colleagues’ Outlet and back of the house. Employees meeting relatives, friends in the Hotel premises without prior written approval. Employees entering the guest rooms or other areas of the Hotel without prior written authorization from the SM/SSM/SE, the Resident Manager or the General Manager. Employees using the restaurants, bars, restrooms, and lifts provided for guests, without prior written authorization from their SE, the Resident Manager, or the General Manager. Employees (other than the designated employees) cooking or preparing food in the Hotel premises without prior written approval. Employees using Hotel vehicles without prior written approval. Employees tampering with electrical instruments or other machineries used for work purposes of the Hotel. Employees in possession of office keys (other than their own office) without prior written authority. Employees posting or removing notices on the notice boards or making amendments on the printed matter posted on the Hotel notice boards without prior written approval from their SE or the Director of Human Resources. Employees using Hotel Stationery for personal purposes without prior written authorization or permission from their SE. Employees consuming their meals and drinks in their working areas without prior written approval from their SE. Employees who willfully or negligently cause damage to goods and properties belonging to the Hotel. Employees who continuously fail to report faulty or damaged equipment connected with their work to their supervisor. Employees who do not report defects or occurrences which they may have noticed which may endanger themselves or any other person or properties belonging to the Hotel. Employees parking their private vehicles in unauthorized parking areas. Employees using the hotel`s outlets and services (example Spa& Fitness, any restaurants) without prior written approval from Division &Department Head.
