Private Work

Engaging in private working, whether with or without money or other benefit and whether full time or part-time, for any party other than the Hotel. Employees failing to charge guests or collect payment (skipper cases) in accordance with the requirements of their job functions resulting in financial losses exceeding AED 3,000 for the hotel. This also applies to direct managers who are responsible to supervise the process. Employees failing to charge guests and collect payment (skipper cases) in accordance with the requirements of their job functions resulting in financial losses below AED 3,000 for the hotel. This also applies to direct managers who are responsible to supervise the process.
