26.

Criminal Offence

Conviction for any criminal offence. (Except traffic offence) Failure to comply with the Hotel safety rules or tampering with safety devices of the Hotel. Employees committing an act within the Hotel, which is likely to endanger the life or safety of themselves or any other person. Participating in unauthorized transactions within hotel premises such as money lending. Commission of any act subversive to the discipline or the Guide to Corrective Behavior and Disciplinary Matters of the Hotel. Instigating collective disputes amongst employees against the Hotel or Management of the Hotel. Picketing at the Hotel or staff accommodation. Refusal to accept any communication served whether in accordance with the Guide to Corrective Behavior and Disciplinary Matters or in the interest of discipline. Engaging in any sexual activity, conduct or behavior in the Hotel Premises. Unwelcome sexual advances. Verbal or physical contact of a sexual nature.
