BROOKLYN BUILDING
Havwoods helped outfit the flooring for a brand-new four-story building that offers future buyers clean, crisp luxury mixed with culture and city life. This ten-unit Monroe Condominium is located in Northern Brooklyn and has studios, one and two bedroom condos. The building is equal parts beautiful and efficient. They outside is a contemporary twist on the local Brownstone architecture. Inside, the units each have additional insulation for better individual temperature control and also as sound barriers.
Big windows, high-end appliances and monochromatic kitchens are a few of the amenities that invite potential buyers with different tastes. The neutral palette, including HW2150 Vierzon for our PurePlank collection, will easily allow any resident to fully express creativity with respect to interior design. TWO FIFTY ONE, SOUTH BANK The landmark ‘Two Fifty One’ residential tower building is situated in the heart of Elephant and Castle in London with magnificent views over the iconic London cityscape, including the London Eye and The Shard.

DEANSGATE TOWER Situated in Manchester is the spectacular Deansgate Square Tower project. BOSTON RENTAL UNITS
The Granville Lofts multi-unit project involved the adaptive reuse of the historic Rugg Building, a former textile industry building in downtown Haverhill, MA. Located outside of Boston, the space features 14 residential units and ground level retail space while preserving and highlighting the historic character of the building.

This collection of wood flooring is available in plank, herringbone block and chevron patterns. Narrower in width and offering a thinner composition (3/8” thick), their size offers the flexibility to create more complex flooring patterns, combine various shades, or complement with tiles in porcelain, ceramic, glass inlays. All boards are surfaced with a lacquer or oiled finish and are suitable for underfloor heating. The majority of the collection includes FSC Certified wood (FSC-C009500).

PurePlank’s triple layered construction comprises of a solid ash and European oak surface, bonded to two layers of softwood for stability and all- round performance. The Havwoods ‘Click’ fit system makes installation exceptionally quick, a highly beneficial quality for large-scale projects. Choose from a variety of widths and finishes, including our UV oiled coating, which provides a hard-wearing surface that also enhances the wood’s natural characteristics. The engineered construction of the PurePlank range means that it can be fitted over underfloor heating. All products are FSC® certified wood (FSCC009500).
