Targets related to training and skills de- velopment for the Group’s own workfor- ce [S1-5] S1-5, T3 | This year’s target for the annual professional and skills development of Zum- tobel Group employees is a 90% completion rate for employee performance reviews. This target covers the Zumtobel Group’s global workforce. Targets achieved in 2025/26: Last year’s target of 120 managers completing the Zumtobel Group’s ‘Leadership Excellence Programme’ was successfully met. In the 2025/26 financial year, 168 managers completed this training course. Following the achievement of this target, the focus for the 2026/27 financial year was shifted, as the majority of the relevant managers had already completed the programme. Conse- quently, a new target, independent of the previous one, was established.
Training and skills development metrics [S1-13]
The total number and the percentage of employees who participated in regular performance and career reviews and the average training hours per employee refer to the Zumtobel Group’s own workforce. The metric for the number of performance reviews conducted for the 2025/26 repor- ting is based on the figures as of 29 July 2025. This reporting date was selected because the annual performance review meetings for the entire workforce are held at the start of each financial year and the final completion rate is determined at that time.
