You start with 2-3 ml per side. For anything less than that, you can put it into one spot bilaterally, since it disperses so well it will work its way through the fibers itself. The reason we want to split anything above 2 ml into 2 or 3 different spots is because the upper chest has a thinner belly, like the lower back. You will see what it looks and feels like when it starts to spill out, similar to how any subcutaneous shot feels. Apply a little heat and massage the area to help disperse the Mediphorm within the area you administered it. The goal with whatever body part or muscle combination is to try to hold as much of the Mediphorm within the belly as possible. So, each week we want to try and raise it by 0.5 ml on each side.
