Target the thickest part of the short head and the long head. Skip the medial head; it's not worth trying to hit it or passing through the long head to reach it. Highly suggest doing the brachialis because it enhances the look and thickness due to its location. The lateral head is another great option, as it will help with the desired size increase effect you are seeking and also aid in the comfort of joints from the shoulder to the wrist. Start with 1.5 ml in the long head every 2 days, increasing the amount right after the first week, as you will see this isn't very much for the tricep. Starting with 1 ml or 0.75 ml on the short head is not uncommon, as it is a smaller muscle without much room for depth already. This is an area where you will have to be artistic with the application.
