Biceps are worked in just the two heads 90% of the time. Some just like to add the peak head along with the triceps protocol, but overall, let's say biceps are always paired together, also including the brachialis to round out the set. They tend to act similarly to calves and don't get much stimulation (correct form stimulation) due to constant daily use. With the size of the muscle bellies in the arm, you can safely start with 1.5 to 2 ml per head. You won't feel too much uncomfortable pressure from the pump, unlike the overloading you might experience with some NoS products and Nor19 favorites. You will even be able to go all the way up to 2.5 ml as you start a protocol without any issues, and I say this for most men and larger females, as they will tend to handle that relatively comfortably.
