It is always best to find a central location on the application site. Some muscle bellies are smaller and require you to get creative to reach them. That being said, not all areas will hold the same amount of product. So, to gauge or to know how to start if it's your first time applying to an area, you will want to follow these steps: Start with the suggested median in the general protocol for that body part or muscle. Slowly work your way up with half or a quarter of a ml each time you apply it, until you feel some spillage over the next few weeks (2 weeks max, and you will figure this out).
