Increase daily water intake 20-30% for optimal protocol phases. Try to avoid NSAIDS while using Mediporm as it helps to disperse it quicker by signaling the body to battle inflammation effect. Suggested starting amounts are just that, suggestive. It will always rely on the size of the area and tolerance of the user. But it is easily found the perfect starting and increasing schedule individual to individual once you go through a bottle or two. Results are not permanent, results are better seen and kept as long as you increase your basic nutrition and water intake even after you stop protocol. Gains aside from inflammation though are very much permanent , so help it help you. Product regardless of formula is thick, so do not be surprised or think its gone bad. Use a 18g to drawl out product, and you can use from a 21-25g easily without problem either OG or RL formulas. You can back load and use up to a 29g with RL (which is the thickest) if you are patient and take your time.

It is always best to find a central location on the application site. Some muscle bellies are smaller and require you to get creative to reach them. That being said, not all areas will hold the same amount of product. So, to gauge or to know how to start if it's your first time applying to an area, you will want to follow these steps: Start with the suggested median in the general protocol for that body part or muscle. Slowly work your way up with half or a quarter of a ml each time you apply it, until you feel some spillage over the next few weeks (2 weeks max, and you will figure this out). What do I mean by spillage? The same feeling as if you have ever taken something subcutaneously and you feel a little nodule, or pea-sized bump, l

left behind. That is how you know you have found the maximum amount for that specific belly. So, once you do figure out your personal amount without Mediphorm spilling out. Once we find that amount we back down 30% from the max for that area and then try to build past that over the next coming weeks during the protocol. So if we know 2ml per bicep head is our max we start with 1 then increase amounts slowly over the next week or two. Depending on if you are applying it 2 or 3 times a week. But we want to get that max amount giving the HA time before we top out to already start absorbing and expanding. So when we do hit max, theres already and environment of nutrient rich blood and repaired cells to continue past what is comfortable before hand. Slow and steady as with anything will win this race and will benefit you in the long run and show you that were not here just to maximize sales without caring about your end result.

You start with 2-3 ml per side. For anything less than that, you can put it into one spot bilaterally, since it disperses so well it will work its way through the fibers itself. The reason we want to split anything above 2 ml into 2 or 3 different spots is because the upper chest has a thinner belly, like the lower back. You will see what it looks and feels like when it starts to spill out, similar to how any subcutaneous shot feels. Apply a little heat and massage the area to help disperse the Mediphorm within the area you administered it. The goal with whatever body part or muscle combination is to try to hold as much of the Mediphorm within the belly as possible. So, each week we want to try and raise it by 0.5 ml on each side. That amount is a light suggestion; you can use more, but you will be the only one who can gauge if the amount is adequate by how intense the pump is after the workout and the hydration of your body. www.mediphormsouth.com

The reason you see front delt here is because anytime someone asks about upper chest, I always recommend to use that portion lightly. You dont need to hit the 4 spots marked those are just showing you the line to take whenver you rotate your spots. Just alternate the areas to avoid tenderness next protocol day

Anterior Deltoid can be used as a secondary area if you are really lacking in size or find it hard to get a good mind muscle connection on chest isolation

Showing where the clavicular part of the Pectoralis Major is. You don't need to use this area for chest. It's actually better saved when you do delts and want to get a better feel than doing Anterior Deltoid head as they are heavily used in many other movements, so this is better felt.

Suggested Starting Amount

- 2ml - 1ml

Target the thickest part of the short head and the long head. Skip the medial head; it's not worth trying to hit it or passing through the long head to reach it. Highly suggest doing the brachialis because it enhances the look and thickness due to its location. The lateral head is another great option, as it will help with the desired size increase effect you are seeking and also aid in the comfort of joints from the shoulder to the wrist. Start with 1.5 ml in the long head every 2 days, increasing the amount right after the first week, as you will see this isn't very much for the tricep. Starting with 1 ml or 0.75 ml on the short head is not uncommon, as it is a smaller muscle without much room for depth already. This is an area where you will have to be artistic with the application.

Biceps are worked in just the two heads 90% of the time. Some just like to add the peak head along with the triceps protocol, but overall, let's say biceps are always paired together, also including the brachialis to round out the set. They tend to act similarly to calves and don't get much stimulation (correct form stimulation) due to constant daily use. With the size of the muscle bellies in the arm, you can safely start with 1.5 to 2 ml per head. You won't feel too much uncomfortable pressure from the pump, unlike the overloading you might experience with some NoS products and Nor19 favorites. You will even be able to go all the way up to 2.5 ml as you start a protocol without any issues, and I say this for most men and larger females, as they will tend to handle that relatively comfortably. Again, with all that being said, when it comes to starting protocols for each different muscle group

you are going to have to play an up-and-down game and find your best starting amount, because not all muscle bellies are going to be the same width, length, etc. So, fitness instructor (A) is going to have different arm dimensions than fitness instructor (B). So, you know he’s going to take 1.5 ml and the other guy is going to take 2.5 ml, and that's just going to be each person’s most comfortable starting point. Just like on legs, you know (B) might take 3.5 ml and (A) might only take 1.5 ml because that's what they find is their muscle belly's comfort and volume capacity within that given area.

-Every 2 days (once you get to your maximum total volume you can fit switch to every 3 days. -Every 2 weeks try to see if you can increase your max volume .25ml per head so you can keep the tight stretching and full pumped effect without wasting product from spilling out or not being enough in by sticking at just the suggested amount(for growth). *Your Biceps will fit suprinsingly more than you think, so be at ease when you look at the amount and think this is an impossible feat.

Delts are fairly straight forward and one of the easiest areas of the body to apply Mediphorm too. Three heads, apply towards the mid to upper crown area near the collar and trap. Let gravity do its job for you once applied.The rear head is a bit tricky if you are alone without somoene to apply it for you. So if you don't have anyone to help, just position your shoulder to the front of your lat. Reach across to your opposite side pocket and hit it like you're applying to the lateral head, or where it would be if you didn't have your arm reach across your body. You'll still be on the rear head and read head alone.

Delts Suggested Starting Amount - 1ml - 2ml - 2ml Deltoids are fairly straightforward and one of the easiest areas of the body to apply Mediphorm to. All three heads are the same. For the anterior and medial heads, you will apply towards the mid- to upper crown area near the collarbone. This will allow you to move down and slightly around on the next protocol day to lessen scar tissue and tenderness as well. The posterior head is a bit tricky if you are alone or unable to have someone's help to apply it for you. If you are alone, just position your shoulder to the front of your lat. Reach across to your opposite side pocket and apply it as if you were applying to the lateral head, or where it would be if you didn't have your arm stretched across your body. You will still be on the posterior head and the posterior head alone.

LEGS For best results with legs, take it 6-12 hours before your workout. If you need a better mind-muscle connection and feel for the specific head you are targeting with the protocol, you can take it 1/2-1 hour pre-workout, as it helps focus on that specific muscle mentally. You will want to increase the time to the aforementioned duration once you feel you have a good connection. The longer load time has shown to yield longer-lasting results and lean tissue gain compared to the inflammatory effect you get with the closer pre-workout times' instant cell signaling. This delays the inflammation, as we all know that is the start of signaling for the body to try and break down the excess HA before it's even dispersed and absorbed with fluid through the muscle head. LEGS higher up because it helps it flow easier with gravity, especially in such a dense and wide muscle. This holds true the deeper you go; if you stay somewhat shallow, you will be able to apply enough pressure to guide it to the desired area more easily if needed, but this is more relevant in smaller muscles where you have no other option, like the upper chest. What I mean by guide is if you get a bump or lump from it being too shallow and the amount you are using will fit but needs to be spread around and can't.

You can apply to multple locations on the front of the Quad, but its best accepted in these outlined heads. (Rectus, V. Lateralis, and V. Medialis) Hamstrings also offer another generous area to plot with because of the sheer space and depth. Legs are very vast, they will require a generous amount of product. Quads it is a best recommended to pick 1 or 2 of the heads at a time for a 6 to 8 week regimen. Because of the amounts mentioned earlier you will need to make sure you can hydrate the full amount you are doing each head so in legs make sure you are using what you are giving the body the ablitiy to thrive with. You can only uptake so much water and remain hydrated to have one big area primed to absorb without wasting perfectly good

Mediphorm by giving it very little fluid to absorb and stretch and signal optimally. In turn it won't give the desired results or perform optimally. Application area do not go any lower than your finger tips as if you put them down to your sides (side sweep only). Even on areas like the teardrop we want to do it a little higher on the head so it gives gravity a chance to help spread it around like with all other areas.

Glutes are suggested to be a single group done alone, for the specific reason that you can ensure you are articulate with the administration of the application. One very important rule is to stay at least 6 inches away from the center on each side, no matter what. You may apply along the outside "butterfly wing" (shredded glutes look like a butterfly outline, hence my nickname for them). Also, don't go lower than 3/4 of the distance from the top of the muscle. Gravity will do its job, and there is no need to intentionally target the lower portion. Yes, you can do hamstrings in place of glutes, but we suggest waiting until your glute protocol is done and doing maintenance on glutes during the hamstring protocol. Glutes

Hamstrings are considered to be an advanced area. So please do not start odzf your first area with them or without being familiar with how to use Mediphorm before hand. That being said, it can be very beneficial but its an extremely person to person area on where to apply aǽter the initial compounding begins. So don't be deterred just be mindful.

Calves

Suggested Starting either way or amount you do it calves take time getting used to feeling super tight

Warning: If you go too high or too deep, it may feel like you have steel cables in your calves the next day, and it will be tender to walk. Hot showers and massage will ease the discomfort; do not use anti-inflammatories to fix this, as they will help weaken the effect of the HA.

On calves, you will want to apply a little lower than you usually would on regular multi-bellied muscles. Since it is all connected between the lateral condyle of the femur and the medial condyle of the femur, you don't have to try and get it as high on the belly as possible. It will disperse over the whole head by itself with a little light massaging and increased water intake. Going lower will also help avoid any depth issues or near-below superficial tendon issues you might encounter if you go higher up. As you move more toward the knee, the thinner and flatter your depth and belly window become.
