Business to Business, or B2B, is working with business customers to sell them supplies through in-store conversations and sales calls. Educate business customers and network with them on how you can meet their needs. A. IMPORTANCE OF B2B • B2B is part of retail. Business customers will shop your store whether you are focusing on B2B or not. It is up to you to make them a priority.
• Businesses have to spend money in order to make money. Their spending is mandatory and they shop year-round. This creates more consistent and less seasonal sales year-round. • Business customers are shopping your store Monday through Friday. Be sure you are focusing on their needs.
