Reporting to the Assistant Director of Estates you will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective management and delivery of capital projects, high value revenue works, refurbishments and improvements to the University’s estate. You will ensure all projects works deliver a physical environment that is safe, attractive and fit for purpose.
