Being GENUINE means we are open about what we think, believe and feel. By being true to who we are, we can be committed to being our best self and see the good in each other. Our differences are something that we appreciate as it makes us stronger. We say when we don’t agree with something and listen to understand when someone does not agree with us. Trust has to be earned and we nurture it by doing the right thing, respecting each other and by being the best version of ourselves.
Being COLLABORATIVE means we are committed to working with each other to deliver the best possible outcomes. We recognise that everyone has an important part to play and that we all bring unique skills, qualities and experience that are greater than their component parts. We believe that working as a team, sharing our skills, knowledge and experience is the right thing to do to help each other succeed, as well as give our clients an even better answer to their problems. Being SUPPORTIVE means we value and look out for each other. Building meaningful relationships based on trust, respect and understanding is important to us. We believe that empowering and looking to help one another creates opportunities for everyone to succeed. We learn from each other and recognise when someone needs our help. We are considerate in our actions, play our part and are committed to helping each other, our clients and our society as a whole. We are doing the right thing by: X Listening, supporting and nurturing the ideas of others X Acknowledging and appreciating people for their contribution X Treating each other with kindness, respect and understanding X Supporting each other to overcome challenges and be successful X Making a positive difference.
