As part of their Missions Reality class, second year students did just that – made missions their reality. Traveling to six different countries and experiencing even more cultures and people groups, students worked alongside missionaries and local churches to spread the good news of Jesus across the world. They saw what God was already doing in other countries and were given an opportunity to join. Just as Rachel Miller said, “We so often think that when going on a missions trip we are bringing God to the people, when in reality God has already been doing a great work in the lives of people all over the world!” God chooses to use His people despite weaknesses and fears. On Missions Reality, students had the chance to experience the blessing of working for the Lord. The goal of this trip is not just for missions to be a one week event, but for missions to be an everyday lifestyle, daily living out the Gospel of Jesus Christ and sharing his great news among the nations!
