SELIN, NJ — A Cush- man & Wakefield prop- erty management team has been named recipient of the 2012 BOMA New Jersey Outstanding Building of the Year Award (TOBY) for best-managed building in the 250,000 to 499,999 s/f cat- egory. The Iselin-based team of Karen Hromin , property manager; Robert Pasaniello , chief engineer; Josh Kotar- sky , engineer; AdrienneMan- sueto , administrative assis- tant; and senior management support by Robert Stark and Eileen Carey is receiving the award for its management of Metro Corporate Campus, Inc.’s 272,000 s/f class A 99 Wood Av- enue South office building. “The TOBY Award is one of the most prestigious and comprehensive awards given in the commercial real estate industry, and we are extremely pleased to have earned this rec- ognition,” said Hromin. “This award recognizes Cush- man & Wakefield’s property management team’s excellence

Other recent accomplishments have included working with the Woodbridge Township mayor’s office to develop and implement the Woodbridge Green Office Competition. ■
