Breslin , president of Breslin Realty Develop- ment Corp. , announced that his firm negotiated a 20 year ground lease for an 11,000 s/f pad site at the Northwest Corner of Jericho Turnpike & Herricks Road, Garden City, for a Wachovia/Wells Fargo bank branch. Russ Lico & Beth Lamport of the Bres- lin Organization represented both the landlord and tenant in the lease transaction. ■ Lico & Lamport of Breslin Realty Dev. secure 11k s/f lease CHALFONT, PA — Apt- cor Commercial, Realtors reports the lease of 7,000 +/- s/f daycare space (+ 3,000 s/f playground) at Chalfont Village Square on 202 and Moyer Rd., in Chalfont. The new tenant is a Montessori daycare owned and operated under the name of Abacus Montessori Academy. This will be their second location. Abacus Montessori intends on opening for business in Chalfont in November 2012.
