With the fit-out playing a key part in the development and growth of MDC, it was essential a collaboratve and sensitive approach was adopted by all members of the project team. Ardmac played an integral part; not only in delivery but in understanding the client’s needs and requirements. The teams approach to cost control, collaboration and delivery whilst developing key relationships with both Client and Landlord Stakeholders proved invaluable. A point of reference is the company’s approach to port completion activities, the client has benefitted from a proactive approach to The Soft Landings Process contributing to a successful transition from handover to user occupation. We would not hesitate in recommending Ardmac Performance Contracting for future schemes.
