Main Attributes required Essential Proactive and flexible attitude to duties and work undertaken – demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude whilst under pressure and takes ownership of projects.
Proven record of being strongly client focused and able to effectively manage stakeholders.
Adaptable, able to react to differing requirements in a professional, effective and efficient manner.
Demonstrable management experience including dealing with attendance and performance issues, appraisals, training and resourcing of staff.
Experienced user of CAFM systems (Planet or similar).
Relevant qualifications in the required skill base – 16th Edition IEE Regs, Corgi, ACOP’s, ONC/HNC within relevant discipline, Mechanical or Electrical.
Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point.
Proven track record within the maintenance / hard services or the FM business. Desirable Knowledge of other FM disciplines – Soft FM, Security, FOH Services
Previous knowledge of FOH, Theatre, Hotels, Leisure Industry
