A NewWay of Doing Business AND MAKING SURE YOUR VOICE IS HEARD
If you haven’t heard the news, VanMeveren Law Group has introduced a new way of doing business with our clients. We call it the “30-day no-fee guarantee.”
When you’ve been injured by someone else’s negligence, there are a lot of things going through your mind. You may be thinking about your family, your medical bills, and if you should hire an attorney. But many people hesitate to hire an attorney. An injured person may be going through one of the worst times in their life, but they are worried about the media-driven image of the greedy lawyer getting rich off the backs of wounded victims. So, they don’t reach out when they need help. At VanMeveren Law Group, we decided to do something about that. Above all, we believe that everyone has the right to be compensated when they are hurt, and they have the right to do that without worry about being taken advantage of. They have the right to be heard by a compassionate, dedicated, considerate attorney who truly cares about your case. You are our friends, our neighbors, and the people we see at the grocery store; you're the folks with whom we share this great community. So how do we prove that? Some people want results, some want justice, and some want their lives back, but at the end of the day, it all boils down to one thing: making sure your voice is heard. People simply don't want to hire a law firm that doesn't take the time to truly listen to their concerns. But how do you know for sure that you've hired the right law firm? We think we have a solution: VanMeveren Law Group is offering a 30-day no-fee guarantee. From now on, all of our new clients have 30 days from the date on which they sign their retainer agreement to evaluate our services. If, after 30 days, a client is not satisfied with our services for any reason and wants to take their case elsewhere, they can do so without owing us any attorneys' fees! We’re here to win! While insurance adjusters fight to keep money in the pockets of billion-dollar companies, VanMeveren Law Group fights for the fundamental ethical idea that values like justice, truth, and fairness can beat the big insurance companies in every single case. These values fuel our success. They account for our consistently high settlements and verdicts. The key to becoming a great law
firm that makes winning a normal course of action is in adopting the mentality and values of a winner.
It is because of our team's outstanding work, and over 17 years of exceptional service, that we have been named as one of the top three personal injury law firms in Fort Collins. We double the number of peer reviews of our competitors for superior service. This public recognition of industry peers and consumers comes from one thing — taking care of our clients!
We can’t think of a better way to kick off the new year than delivering more exceptional service to our clients and folks in the community. As 2020 begins, we wish you and your family the best in the new year.

Expand Your Family’s Horizons
Our Clients Say It Best
By Opening Your Home to an Exchange Student
“VanMeveren Law Group is amazing. Jolene was the lead attorney who represented me. Jolene called every week to see how I was doing and actually cared and talked not just about my case, but also anything that I or my family was going through. She never gave up and fought for me even when I was ready to give up. Then there was Jenny — what can I say? She is bright and fun to talk with. She sat in on my mediation and helped me and my wife get through it and come out with a happy smile. Bryan is one amazing lawyer, and I was pleased and surprised at the end when he met with me to finalize some papers. He gave me a book that really touched my heart and gave me a new look at life. This law firm treats you like family and actually cares. I highly
Hosting an exchange student in your home may not be something you’ve considered before, but there are many reasons why adding an international member to your family is great for everyone involved. Develop Understanding One of the most valuable traits we can learn is to be understanding of others. Learning about other countries and cultures offers an opportunity to be more receptive to the idea that, no matter how far apart people live or how much the languages we speak differ, at our core, we have a lot in common. Navigating life with this open mindset has far-reaching value that your entire family will benefit from. Cultivate Friendship Welcoming a new member into your home paves the way for new friendships to blossom. Even though the duration may often feel short, the friendships developed during an exchange are strong, and it’s not uncommon for host families and students to keep in touch for years after they’ve parted ways. Having friends in different parts of the world is also convenient when it comes to travel — you might get lucky enough to have a nice place to stay when you’re in their neck of the woods! Broaden Horizons It’s not just your family that will reap the benefits of opening your home to an exchange student; the student has much to gain as well. They’ll immerse themselves in your culture and get to see how your community lives harmoniously together. You’ll play an important role in showing them what life is like in your backyard while gleaning important perspectives on what life is like in theirs.
