Mindful eating- A resolution for life.
Have you ever rushed to the shop to purchase something you know is bad for your health?
Yes. As it happens, many of us are in this situation.
"Mindless Eating" is another term for this behaviour. It's a consumer behaviour on which the food industry's major players rely to increase and maximise the number of calories sold and consumed. It isn't enough for them to persuade you to buy a bag of chips and eat it for a few days; instead, they spend millions of dollars every year on research into newways to keep people addicted to their food products. Excitotoxins, which are prepared and used in food products that are specifically designed to stimulate your pleasure centre and override judgments, are prepared and used with the help of salt, sugar, and oil, among other ingredients. The industry is leveraging an innate logical drive to cause this consumption behaviour. Many studies have found that eating addictive foods prepared with sugar, salt, and oil has harmed our brains and driven our species to consume the most calories possible, resulting in 6.2 percent of the world's population being type 2 diabetic and nearly 35 percent being pre diabetic.
