It's is time for all of us to put an end to "Mindless Eating." Now, more than ever, staying healthy and living an illness-free life is critical, as you may have heard, "Health is the real wealth." Going to the gym, jogging, or doing yoga every day has now become a trend and a way of life. Is it, however, sufficient? No, this is not the case. Going to the gym, jogging, or practising yoga meditation is never enough to stay healthy and fit; we must also pay attention to our eating habits. Maintaining a healthy diet is critical for our long-term survival, and for this reason, we must begin practising "Mindful Eating."This "mindful eating" practise is more of a process than an outcome-oriented behaviour.
