I-95 Rehabilitation Project CIRC Director Jay White (right) thanks Jason Hastings (left), Sr. Bridge Engineer with DelDOT, who present- ed the major road project planned to begin in 2021 on the 3-mile stretch of I-95 through the City of Wilmington. The rehabilitation project involves 19 bridges, roadway, and safety barrier upgrades, as well as improvements to ramps and roads needed for alternate routes during construction.
