Hazing is an action taken or situation created to produce mental or physical discomfort, embarrassment, harassment, or ridicule. Hazing is also considered to include the creation of a situation that results in or may result in mental or physical discomfort, embarrassment, harassment, or ridicule, including servitude oft en called “personal favors.” Activities of this nature shall be dealt with promptly and sternly; and obscene, licentious, indecent language or conduct or written threat of such action against another person; lewd,
