Scoring : •All players must keep score during PDGA rounds. •We will be using the official PDGA scoring for this event. Access code (SBO25) Access PDGA Scoring HERE
•Ensure you submit your score accurately and promptly after completing the round. •Incorrect scores will result in penalty strokes.
Player Communication and Payouts: •We will use the email address you provided during registration for player pack distribution and payout notifications. •Please double-check your email address to ensure it's accurate and up-to-date
Payout: •Amateur payouts will be made through digital Hazy Shade gift cards. We will be offering a specials to event players event weekend ONLY so make sure to stop in and take advantage between or after your round. •Pro and Ace Fund payouts will be made through PayPal or check. •We strive to process payments quickly, but it may take a few days if there are any issues. •Please ensure your PayPal information is accurate and up-to-date if applicable. For players winning $600 or more, we require an Ohio W9 form for tax purposes. Please submit it before the event if you expect your winnings to exceed this threshold.
