Treatment becomes part of your day-to-day routine, not something separate from it.
Morning Many clients begin the day with group or individual therapy sessions, setting goals, processing challenges, and learning new coping skills. These sessions are designed to prepare you for the real-world situations you’ll face outside of treatment.
Midday The middle of the day often includes skill- building activities, mindfulness practices, or psychoeducation groups. Clients work on communication, stress management, relapse prevention, and building the confidence to handle responsibilities at home, school, or work.
