In mid-December, Remco was awarded the marketing assignment to sell or lease a 7,000 s/f free-standing building in Middlesex, formerly occupied by Block Buster video, and within 30 days, Remco also secured the “all cash” buyer. Although this is an election year, we remain very optimistic regarding the overall economy, and the continued demand for retail real estate, and as such, we just doubled the size of our offices. Remco is in an expansion mode, and we are actively seeking full time sales associates who are licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. ■
