GEORGIA
The BDO Legal team in Georgia acted as external counsel to the Georgian Property Management Group Ltd regarding the acquisition of retail and commercial real estate from the Georgian Capital Group (LSE listed company). The total value of the transaction equaled USD32 million and constituted the biggest real estate transaction on the Georgian market. The BDO Legal team conducted a legal due diligence of the target property and drafted the respective legal agreements for execution and closing of the transaction.
