The BDO team assisted the company during the sales process of 100% of Lahat Ltd.'s stocks to Agentek Ltd. Agentek Ltd. was founded in 1987 and is a leading distributor of advanced instrumentation and equipment for the analytical chemistry, biotechnology and life sciences. Agentek offers vendors valuable capabilities for fast market penetration and easy assimilation of the equipment.
