Our continuum of care includes a twelve- week, flexible Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) with morning and evening options, continuing care, and a weekly relapse prevention program. Treatment plans are tailored to individual needs. Founded in 1967, Valley Hope provides patient-centered, compassionate care to individuals, families and communities impacted by drug and alcohol addiction.
