WHO WE ARE Founded in 1983, Davis, Bowen & Friedel, Inc. (DBF) offers a broad range of Architecture, Engineering, Planning, and Surveying services under one roof. Over the course of our history we have had the privilege of serving nearly 4,000 clients throughout the Delmarva Peninsula and Mid-Atlantic region on a wide variety of project types and sizes.
