all his life here was a man who, near the end of his life, was able to impart blessings to other peo ple. Is there any reason why we cannot and should not do the same? If the life is yielded to the Lord there will be an overflow of goodness for all about us. The Bible promises that to the one who believes in Christ, "out of his in nermost being shall flow rivers of living water." This applies to all of us, regardless of age. Young believers are looking for the counsel of those who will com

municate with them. We should take the time to encourage them. It is easy to "knock" and criticize them without taking the trouble to do anything constructive. Someone has said, "Do not wor ry about growing old; the sugar of life is at the bottom of the cup." Life is a sacred trust. Someday God will hold each one of us account able for how we have lived tour lives. Our chief purpose in life should be "to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever!"
